Tour Bookings — Please read carefully before confirming your reservation with us.

Booking & Confirmation

To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment is required depending on the service. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Please double-check that all traveler details are correct to avoid any issues.

Payment

  • A deposit (usually 30–50%) is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due before the tour (typically 7–14 days prior).
  • For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required.

Cancellation & Refund

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always try our best to be flexible where possible.

Changes & Flexibility

We’re happy to help adjust your itinerary where possible. All changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

During the Tour

We want you to have a smooth and enjoyable experience, so please feel free to communicate with us anytime during the trip if anything comes up.

If you choose to leave or cancel the tour after it has started for any reason, the remaining services will be considered unused and no refunds will be provided. Any additional costs caused by early departure will be at your own expense.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and complete before the tour begins.

Health & Special Requests

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements, medical conditions, or special requests so we can better assist you and ensure a comfortable journey.

Responsibility

We work with trusted local partners (transport, guides, accommodation) to deliver your experience. While we always do our best to ensure quality, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays or changes caused by weather or traffic conditions.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters or similar circumstances.
  • Issues caused by third-party service providers.
